305 Fitness is a 45 minute class, with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. Participants can expect to torch between 500-900 calories per session. Expect a lot of twerking, jumping jacks, and non-stop smiling. Not a dancer? No problem. Our classes are easy-to-follow and made for non-dancers and dancers, alike.
