Intro Package

If you’ve never done Pilates on the reformer, this is a great way to get started. This package includes two private sessions and two group reformer classes. During your first two private sessions, one of our highly trained instructors will teach you the basic principles, the essential repertoire, and any modifications your body may need for a group setting. You will get a full body workout while learning core strengthening and stabilizing techniques. You will also become familiar with the reformer parts, terminology, and how to move from various positions. This package is also great for those who have done Pilates in the past, but need a refresher.

Doing a private session before starting group classes will give you the necessary foundation needed for a successful pilates journey! You will feel more confident going into a class setting and our instructors will be assured that can safely enter a group class. Our goal is to keep you safe and free from injury.

Experienced Reformer

You’ll notice that most classes on our schedule are an experienced level. You must complete one private session prior to entering a group setting. If you have previously practiced Pilates at another studio, please call us to discuss your experience prior to signing up for a group class.

Experienced Reformer is a challenging way to workout on the uniquely designed STOTT PILATES equipment, which supports your body as you work through a full range of motion exercises. Essential and intermediate level exercises are incorporated into this class. We will focus on strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control. This class will include challenges and layering exercises to keep everyone progressing at a level that is appropriate for their body. Class is limited to 6 spaces.

Experienced PLUS Reformer

This class is for the seasoned Pilates enthusiast! Most of this class focuses on the intermediate repertoire. Advanced work is introduced when the instructor feels it is appropriate. The class will focus on coordination, sequencing, balance, mobility, stability, and control. This class is not suitable for anyone in the early stages of injury recovery. Mastery of the essential repertoire is required before progressing to this class. Remember, our goal is to keep you safe and free from injury. Please contact us before registering if you are new to this class.

When Pilates is done with correct form, it is challenging no matter the level. The hallmark of an advanced student is the ability to challenge oneself in any class.
