Essential Reformer is a class for beginners, focusing on the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES®. Get a full body workout while learning core strengthening and stabilizing techniques on your own Reformer. Limited to 4 spaces.
Intermediate Reformer is the next progression from the Essential Plus class, incorporating more complex and coordinated intermediate level exercises. This repertoire challenges exercise intensity, strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control. Limited to 4 spaces.
This class is for the client who is familiar with all essential and intermediate exercises.A challenging way to workout on the uniquely designed STOTT equipment, which supports your body as you work through a full range-of-motion exercises, developing slender muscles rather than bulk. You must know all your settings and be familiar with Reformer parts, terminology, and how to move from various positions. Small group classes offer a more cost-effective way to receive individualized attention during a workout! Please be sure you have had a minimum of 20 reformer classes before you can take Reformer Experienced-please. Limited to 4 spaces.
Perfect for those short on time. This class will provide the foundation to learn the principles of stabilization, basic principles, and body awareness. Intended for the client who has little experience with Pilates.
Cardio Tramp Rebounder Reformer
This combination of cardio jumping interval segments and full body conditioning will strengthen and tone muscles to improve everyday performance. This medium intensity workout is challenging and fun as we use the Cardio-Tramp Rebounder for cardio fitness and the Reformer for a complete workout. If you want some cardio mixed with Reformer exercises then this is a class for you. Limited to 4 spaces.

Total Barre is a high-energy and dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. Combining traditional Ballet Barre work with other disciplines to challenge your entire body and improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. All levels welcome!
Featuring STOTT PILATES, the contemporary approach, matwork classes are a great way to incorporate full body strength, flexibility and coordination into your routine. Regular practice will result in better body awareness, improved posture, and a strengthened core. Variations and modifications are given for all levels and abilities. This is a full- body workout, with an emphasis on toning the midsection.
This 25 minute dynamic stretch class will help restore the normal length to your tight muscles. This is a great class as a recovery to a challenging day or workout. You’ll use a variety of props to help you get those tight spots released and feeling awesome.
Two great classes put together! We will get right down to work with 25 minutes of core conditioning. Then move right over to the Barre for 25 minutes leg and arm work.
Total Body Pilates
Using pilates principles this fusion class features intervals of aerobic, strength , and balance activities utilizing foam rollers, weighted bars, hand weights, and more. Constant cueing from your instructor on how to train your “core” (the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen) will drill smart movement into your muscle memory.
